Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 3 days from the date you received the course.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 3 days from the day on which we receive the notice. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include any relevant documentation, such as screenshots of technical issues or error messages.

  3. Submit your refund request within the specified time frame for your case 3 days.

Refund Timing

Upon approval of your refund request, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Non-refundable Circumstances

Please note that we cannot offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  1. If you change your mind about the course after the 3 day period.

  2. If you purchase the course by mistake but have already accessed the course materials.

  3. If you are dissatisfied with the course content due to personal preference.

  4. If you fail to request a refund within the stipulated time frame.

Conditions for returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 3 days

  • The course is not completed

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to technical issues on our end that cannot be resolved within 7 days of your initial complaint, you may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Duplicate Charge: In the case of a duplicate charge due to a technical error, the duplicated charge amount will be fully refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
